Help with Returns
Return Policy
Our return policy is as follows:
- We will gladly accept returns on regular merchandise in new condition with original packaging, components, instructions
and warranty material within 30 days of purchase.
- Your refund will be processed using the same form of payment as your purchase. E-Checks will take up to one week to post,
and a 14-day waiting period will apply to your return if you paid by check.
- Your return must be accompanied by a receipt; otherwise, we cannot process your refund. Without a receipt, credit
will be issued for the lowest promotional price from the past 120 days.
- We reserve the right to refuse refunds after 30 days. A 33% restocking fee may be assessed to overdue returns.
This is at our discretion.
- We do not refund shipping charges. All freight charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer.

Packing and Sending Your Return
- Pack your merchandise securely with enough protection to withstand UPS or Fed Ex handling.
- Include your Customer Receipt with a note explaining the reason for the return and whether you would like an exchange or credit.

Cancelling your Order
If you wish to cancel your order, contact our Customer Service Department right away at 1-800-210-7712.
We strive to process and ship every in-stock order within 24 hours, so immediate action is necessary to cancel an order.
A restocking fee of $5.00 will be applied to all cancelled orders. Once your order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled, and
must be processed as a return. Certain Special Order items cannot be cancelled; this will be noted on the individual item page.

Damages
We make every attempt to keep your order from getting damaged, however damage/defects do occur. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us right away. We will ask for your name, order #, the product name and the nature of the damage/defect. We will then ship you a replacement item (or parts) at no charge to you.
If you decide that you do not want the damaged item and would like a refund, the order is now considered a return and all the terms above for returns will apply. We do not refund shipping charges or reimburse customers for shipping products back to us. Even damaged items.
If the item was damaged by our carrier we will ask you to keep the item for 10 days from the time you notify us or we may have the item picked up for inspection. We will handle the claim and ship you the replacement item or parts.

Problems with Shipment
If you have any problem with your shipment other than normal dissatisfaction, please contact us. As we do not reimburse return shipping cost, we will determine if a return call tag is to be issued for the Item(s). If so, our carrier will pick up the package.

Shipping
We ship to anywhere in the United States, U.S. Territories, Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, British Virgin Islands, Bahamas, Cayman Islands and Cook Islands.
We also ship to all military APO addresses.
In most cases we ship the same day for in-stock orders received by 1:00pm ET. We will notify you via e-mail within two days if we are back ordering your entire order.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
You are responsible for providing us with the correct shipping address. Our carriers charge us a $5.00 fee for all address corrections including incorrect or missing business names. We will pass this $5.00 fee on to you if you provide us with inaccurate shipping information. If we enter the wrong shipping information we will correct the address and give you $5.00 off your shipping total.

Back-Orders
We do our best to keep inventory on all of our items. However there are occasions where a manufacturer will delay or back-order our shipments. If an item is not in stock, we will notify you by e-mail with an estimate of the ship date. If you have already received part of your order, your receipt should indicate any back orders (a B/0 will appear next to the item)

Drop Shipment
Some of our items we have drop-shipped directly from the manufacturer. These are items that we do not keep in stock, and we ship this way to save you time - however this can increase your ship date by up to 2 weeks compared to in-stock items. If you have already received part of your order, any items being drop-shipped will appear on your receipt with a D/S next to the item name. If you wish to return a drop shipped item you must send it back to us, and not to the manufacturer. Please see our Return section for more information.

Shipping Rates
Shipping will be calculated as you add items to your
shopping cart. Instead of basing shipping costs on total dollar amount, we charge shipping
based on size and weight of products in an effort to reflect the actual shipping costs,
so that you do not pay more than you should. The first time you add an item to the shopping cart,
you will be prompted for your zip code. This is needed to dynamically calculate your shipping cost.
Shipping charges to Canada and APO's may not be calculated automatically and might not be included in the order total.
Organize-It-Online passes on the shipping charges plus a small handling fee (already calculated in the shipping total) for each shipment. This way we can keep our prices lower and customers close to us are not subsidizing the shipments of customers farther away.

Shipping Methods and Restrictions
Organize-It ships to anywhere in the United States, US military (APO's) addresses and Canada. Ground shipments will be shipped via the carrier we feel is the safest and most cost effective for your order. You can track your package from our site, or you can contact us for assistance. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii must go 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air or US Mail. 2nd Day Air to Alaska and Hawaii takes 3 business days. Shipping to APO's must go US Mail. Shipping to Canada must go Ground, Expedited or USPS Priority Mail. Shipping charges to APO's may not be calculated automatically and might not be included in the order total. We will contact you with the final shipping charges for any order where the shipping is not automatically calculated. We will get your approval of the charges before shipping these orders.
International Shipping
Canadian customers are responsible for any additional duties or charges assessed by customs, as well as any brokerage fees charged by the carrier. Orders to Canada must be shipped Ground, Expedited or USPS Priority Mail. Shipping charges to Canada will be calculated automatically if you enter your postal code without spaces. These charges will be included in the order total. For regular ground shipping you will be responsible for any duties and/or brokerage charges above the shipping cost. If you do not pay these fees they will be charged to your credit card after your order has been shipped.
