For larger custom closet designs you can use the 84 Inch Vertical Support pole when installing your wire closet shelving. The pole requires the use of coordinating Adjustable Shelf Clips (sold separately) to support a wire closet shelf, and combined the two function as a convenient substitute for wall mounted support braces in closet designs with three or more rows of horizontal shelves. Support poles are sold individually and should be placed approximately every 36 inches along shelving.

  • Pole should be used in place of the wall mounted support brace for closet designs with three of more rows of horizontal shelving.

  • Proper installation of wire shelving will also require Versa Clips along the back of each shelf, and Adjustable Support Clips attached to the pole.
  • Support pole and clips work with any depth of our tight mesh and open slide wire shelving.
